Jay Jay Burridge

Jay Jay Burridge is an artist who has become best known for successfully turning his hand to all sorts of creative ventures. After graduating in Sculpture from Central Saint Martins, he wrote and co presented a well known TV art show for the BBC for 8 years before concentrating on his own artistic aspirations. With his vast creative knowledge and incredible imagination, he has now embarked on his biggest project to date, "When Superstars Ruled The World", which explores an alternative modern day reality where dinosaurs still roam the earth.

The Beverly Hills Exhibition 2010

Jay Jay's Superstars were first released on Beverly Hills in August 2010 in an exhibition of monumental proportions, featuring 11 full size dinosaurs sculpted from light weight industrial foam. Each beast in the show was interpreted with the same modern day twist and included a rock band called "The Raptors", a 17ft T-Rex enjoying a cup of tea, neons depicting dancing dinosaurs and a Triceratops Rib Shack, a cart of Hot Diplodogs and the multi coloured Trainsersaurus Rex Skulls.
